Blue Screen — A Pure Blue Display for Tests, Photos, and Focus

A full-screen pure #0000FF canvas for inspecting blue subpixels, assessing uniformity and tint, creating a cool-toned photography backdrop, or giving your eyes a single color to rest on.

How it works

  1. Pick a color

Scroll, use the arrow keys, or press W, B, R, G, or U. The whole page follows along without reloading.

  2. Go full screen

Double-click a swatch or press Enter. A pure field of color fills your entire display.

  3. Press Esc to leave

Exit full screen and you land back on this page, exactly where you left it.

Questions, answered

What can I check with it?

Missing blue subpixels, banding, uniformity, and a panel that leans too warm or too cool. The flat blue field makes tint shifts easy to see.

Does a blue screen reduce blue light?

No. A blue screen does not protect your eyes. For evening use, lower the display brightness and take regular breaks.

How do I enter and exit full screen?

Double-click the blue swatch or press Enter to go full screen. Press Esc to exit.
